　　相轉(zhuǎn)移催化劑，簡稱PTC，是能將水相(或有機相)的反應(yīng)物轉(zhuǎn)移到有機相(或水相)的催化劑，即能使反應(yīng)在水相和有機相兩相之間進行的催化劑。PTC具有改變離子的溶劑化程度、增大離子反應(yīng)活性、加快反應(yīng)速度等性能。解決了過去處于兩相中的反應(yīng)物難以反應(yīng)的難題。
　　相轉(zhuǎn)移催化劑在有機合成中應(yīng)用廣泛：用于制備R2C型化合物(卡賓型化合物)，進一步制取相應(yīng)的腈、異腈、鹵代烷、二氯環(huán)丙烷衍生物、羥基羧酸以及重氮甲烷等；用于烷基化反應(yīng)，與傳統(tǒng)方法相比，可避免無水操作等苛刻條件，且產(chǎn)品收率高；也可用于氧化還原反應(yīng)、酯類水解、氰鹵離子置換反應(yīng)、縮合反應(yīng)、加成反應(yīng)、聚合反應(yīng)、碳烯環(huán)加成反應(yīng)以及消除反應(yīng)等方面。 [2]
