        With high flexibility, excellent nonflammability, and high thermal stability, SiC nanofiber, as a
        new ceramic material, would have application in the Ceramic Matrix Composites, Metal Matrix
        Composites, Polymer Matrix Composites, Functional Materials, Such as, aluminum composites
        for the light alloy, novel SiC/SiC composites for the hot section of the engine and high-temperature exhaust gas filtration and dust filter. Silicon carbide nanofiber is the excellent
        reinforcing materials which can improve the mechanical strength, hardness, wear resistant,
        antioxidant ability, thermal dissipation, dimensional stability and thermal shock resistance of the
        advanced composites. As a mechanically flexible semiconductor nanomaterial, SiC nanofibers
        provides the opportunity to create a new type of bendable membranes of single crystalline
