性狀：白色結(jié)晶性粉末。水中溶解度在13℃時(shí)為2.26%，在熱水中溶解度較大。當(dāng)水溶液在80℃時(shí)逐漸分解產(chǎn)生氨氣。無(wú)水乙醇(C2H5OH)、乙醚中溶解度在13℃時(shí)，分別為1.26%和0.01%。溶于液氨、熱水、乙醇、丙酮水合物、二甲基甲酰胺，難溶于乙醚，不溶于苯和氯仿。相對(duì)密度(d254)1.40。熔點(diǎn)209.5℃。干燥時(shí)性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定。不燃燒。低毒，半數(shù)致死量(小鼠，經(jīng)口)>4000mg/kg。空氣中最高容許濃度5mg/m3。
儲(chǔ)存：密封干燥保存。

按規(guī)格使用和貯存,不會(huì)發(fā)生分解,避免與氧化物接觸。在13℃無(wú)水乙醇中溶解度為1.26%,水中為2.26%。易溶于熱水,水溶液在80℃以上時(shí)會(huì)慢慢分解產(chǎn)生氨。將雙氰胺的結(jié)晶加熱到熔點(diǎn)時(shí),熔融后立即劇烈發(fā)熱,,生成三聚氰胺、密胺等。
制備編輯
氰氨化鈣水解所得的氰氨氫鈣懸浮液，經(jīng)減壓過(guò)濾除去氫氧化鈣濾渣，再向?yàn)V液通入二氧化碳以將鈣以碳酸鈣的形式沉淀出來(lái)，得到氨基氰液。使其在堿性條件下聚合，再經(jīng)過(guò)濾、冷卻結(jié)晶、分離、干燥，得二聚氰胺。
生成雙氰胺最大速度時(shí)的溫度與pH有關(guān)：50℃時(shí)pH為9.7；80℃時(shí)pH為9.1；100℃時(shí)pH為8.8。控制在這些條件下聚合后，再經(jīng)冷卻結(jié)晶、分離、干燥，即得成品雙氰胺。工業(yè)品雙氰胺含量99%，每噸產(chǎn)品消耗石灰氮（含氮21%以上）4239kg。 [1]
